Courses
Growing Joy is a 6-week course to help you take joy in your life – to see where you already have it and build on that to create more. It teaches strategies for living a joyful life, and exercises to promote conscious positive thought that can reduce stress and contribute to a healthier life.
Tapping
Tapping, or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), has been used with humans since the 1990’s to release stress and anxiety caused by grief, pain, trauma or other negative experiences. By stimulating specific points on the body through tapping, we engage in a process that facilitates a harmonious energy flow, reducing stress and promoting a profound sense of ease. Now it is being used with animals as well.
