Growing Joy
Growing Joy is a 6-week course to help you take joy in your life – to see where you already have it and build on that to create more. It teaches strategies for living a joyful life, and exercises to promote conscious positive thought that can reduce stress and contribute to a healthier life.
This course is the first installment of the Journey in Joy . You will receive daily emails with exercises, have a weekly group Zoom call for questions and discussions, and connect with others in the class.
