Intro: Let's Begin
This is where we learn about you and collaboratively develop your own unique plan. There is no one quite like you so let's develop a plan that works specifically for you!

Learn About You: Fresh Perspective
Once we have learned the main areas of focus we start to deeply investigate and explore who you are so we can access your most authentic self and what brings you joy. This will allow you to work through some of these deeper issues with practices like EFT/Tapping, guided meditation and affirmations tailored especially for you.

Find Your Joy: Moving Toward The Goal
At this point we've been digging deep and learning who you really are and what makes you happy--so much so that you are making big breakthroughs and your direction to a joyful life is really becoming clear. This self-knowledge brings you a clear path forward to finding true joy in your life.
What Does a Session Look Like?
A session includes a weekly 30-minute Zoom call where we work together and walk you through anything that has come up during your weekly exploration to help you in a more hands on way.
